heart surgery

what new surgerys for arrythmias? Is there a surgery called a maze surgery? I heard this might work to stop arrythmias? Is this true? How many success stories are there out there from this surgery? does it really work? and if it dont then what is the next option just medicine? or do they do heart transplant for this? I cant function anymore with this problem its very scary and its made me very nervous.
