Burris F. Gautreau said… - Hi, just a note, I have had a CRT-D implant, "St. Jude Device" at the Ochsner Foundation in New Orleans, Dr. Freddy Sampras was the Doctor doing the implant. I was on a Transplant workup with an Ejection Fraction of 13 when introduced to the St. Jude CRT-D device, at this time was one of the first to have it optimized, this made a big differnce for me., St. Jude and Ochsner, Doctors, Staff, etc. not only saved my life but, gave me my life back. EF is now 55.
