I'm glad to meet another GUCH with Tetralogy of Fallot:-) It's intersting I have also strange feeling in my legs. It' s no pain, but something like itching, especially when I lie or sit. Now I know that is Restless Legs Syndrome and it's neurology defect. Few years ago I told one neurologist abou my porblems with lekg, but he didn't know, what it could be.
