Hello There, I'm Jason a 41years old guy. I was born with CHF. I live in Fort Lee New Jersey. I think I lead a pretty normal life. I have gone through a lot already in my life. I had 2 Heart Surgery's. At age 14 I had a Heart Transplant. At age 36 I had to have another Heart Transplant.
